As a Cybersecurity Tools & Platform Operations, you will play a key role in our global Tools & Platforms team within Corporate Cyber Security & Privacy. You'll be responsible to support the development, configuration, and maintenance of various cybersecurity tools and platforms within the organization's infrastructure. Ensure the seamless operation and availability of cybersecurity solutions, including patching, updates, and maintaining secure configurations Assist in the integration of cybersecurity tools across the IT environment, ensuring compatibility and proper data flow between systems Continuously monitor the performance, reliability, and security of the cybersecurity platforms, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks Implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize platform operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across tools Diagnose and resolve issues related to cybersecurity tool operations, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt recovery Work closely with security analysts, incident responders, and IT teams to support threat detection, response, and overall security operations Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of configurations, integrations, troubleshooting steps, and operational processes You are someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot and resolve platform-specific issues effectively. You excel in communication and collaboration, thriving in an international team environment and working seamlessly across departments. Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Security or related field of study Ideally, you have experience in operating and maintaining cybersecurity tools and platforms, but fresh graduates or candidates with equivalent work experience are also welcome to apply Experience with Linux or Windows-based system administration, including scripting and automation using tools like Python, Bash, or PowerShell Basic understanding of container technologies (e.g. Docker) for platform deployment and scalability is a nice-to-have Familiarity with a range of cybersecurity tools such as Endpoint Detection Response / Endpoint Protection Platforms (EDR/EPP), AV solutions or Intrusion Detection/Prevention systems (IDS/IPS) are a nice-to-have A foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, including incident detection, response and system handling.
