This role, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of our Power modules, driving compliance with customer requirements and industry standards, and mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle. You will also optimize quality processes, oversee the performance of quality-related units, and shape the future of our quality engineering capabilities. A successful university degree (diploma/master/PhD) in electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on power electronics is advantage First experience in the field of power semiconductor/electronics or power module technology preferable Experience in quality management Excellent communication skills in English (Hungarian/German is a plus), enabling effective communication across roles and functions Backend The backend segments enable the development of comprehensive innovation across the entire value chain: starting with chip manufacturing, to wafer testing, preassembly, package development and development of new materials.
