Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on NIGHT SHIFT, 8:00 pm to 5:00 AM / 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The role plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new hires at GM Globally. It leverages data and process improvement methodologies to optimize the onboarding journey from end-to-end.
What You'll Do

Analyze onboarding data using tools like Microsoft Power Business Intelligence to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Apply Commercial Acumen to understand the business impact of onboarding processes and propose solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and inefficiencies within the onboarding workflow, recommending and implementing process enhancements.

Develop and maintain Process-Driven Applications and documentation for onboarding procedures, ensuring consistency and clarity.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and hiring managers, to ensure a cohesive and well-supported onboarding experience.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs, demonstrating Learning Agility to adapt and improve based on feedback and data.

Prepare and present reports on onboarding metrics and initiatives to management.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a role requiring Data Analysis and process improvement, preferably within an HR or people services function.

Demonstrated expertise in End-to-End Project Management, with a track record of successfully delivering initiatives.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence or similar data visualization tools.

Experience with Process-Driven Application development or process documentation.

Excellent Commercial Acumen with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.

High degree of Learning Agility, with a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge and adapting to change.
