Opening. We are looking for a Programme Manager to have total project/programme responsibility from bid stage, through to engineering delivery into production and programme close out.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for the overall programme delivery including managing budgets, timing and milestones in adherence to the Prodrive programme gateway process. Accountable for the financial success of your projects, you will require a strong commercial focus and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders across all levels.
- Ensure programmes are appropriately scoped, planned, resourced and delivered in line with objectives and the requirements of the business.
- Manage multiple projects throughout the various stages of the lifecycle and assume overall responsibility for the delivery of successful outputs in accordance with our delivery process.
What you need
- Proven and relevant experience in delivering complex, varied and fast paced engineering programmes and technical projects into niche or low volume production.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build credible and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and harness excellent negotiation and conflict management skills to drive problem resolution.
