Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Organisation: Assisting in the organisation of local student community events, university job fairs, etc. Event participation: Participating in job fairs, university open days, etc. Building a community: Supporting the development of Infineon’s student community Implementation of new programs: Supporting the implementation of new initiatives (e.g. dual study program) Building connections: Providing assistance in finding and establishing new university partnerships Recruiting: Supporting the End 2 End student recruiting Administration: Providing assistance with administrative tasks for local student topics (time sheets, individual problems, translation of knowledge articles, etc.) Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Currently studying Psychology, Human Resources, Business administration or similar field Languages: Fluent / advanced Hungarian and English language skills (both spoken and written form) are mandatory Digital skills: Good command of MS Office tools Eagerness to grow: Willingness to develop your skills and knowledge in HR Right attitude: "Can do" mentality * Soft skills: Proactive personality, who is an excellent communicator, open for change and has a flexible mindset that can quickly adapt to new situations and challenges Please attach your CV in English, so we can get to know you better.
