Design, implement, and optimize MES solutions to drive innovation and improve manufacturing performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize MES project requirements Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for MES projects Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize MES performance At least 5 years of experience working in the MES field, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing Experience with EQ integration solutions and automation concepts, and their integration with MES systems An engineering degree, preferably in IT or Electrical field Business level English, with the ability to participate in daily technical discussions with global stakeholders Backend The backend segments enable the development of comprehensive innovation across the entire value chain: starting with chip manufacturing, to wafer testing, preassembly, package development and development of new materials.
