Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a CTO you will drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap across the entire edge AI software portfolio, and define how developers will build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models onto Infineon hardware at our location in Sweden. Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the edge AI software portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and business goals Build a large developer ecosystem around Infineon edge AI tools Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to understand market needs, and translate these insights into a robust strategy and product offering in close collaboration with product management, engineering, and design teams Contribute to defining the technical vision and architecture for delivering a robust platform architecture that supports wide-scale deployment of edge AI software, balancing scalability, security, and performance Oversee end-to-end lifecycle and ensure production-quality software and strong user experience Foster innovation to make sure we explore novel applications of edge AI, including collaboration with academia, open-source communities, and internal/external labs Lead and develop a highly technical, cross-functional product organisation Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed At least 8 years of industry experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role involving edge AI, IoT, and/or advanced machine learning systems Strong technical depth in edge AI, ML tooling, ML Converter, optimization and embedded deployment (MCUs) Experience leading innovative and deeply technical product teams with Software products in the market Proven track record of building and retaining top-tier talent, as well as building and scaling teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment while balancing product and technical excellence Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate at different levels A keen understanding of the edge AI market and industry trends Fluency in English (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English.
