We are seeking a Konsultchef for mjukvaruutveckling to lead a growing team of software consultants and develop our business towards future transportation and mobility technology. As Konsultchef, you will be responsible for leading and developing a competent and engaged team of software consultants with a focus on advanced software development in the automotive and mobility sector.
Our consultants work primarily in areas such as:
- Eldrivna lastbilar
- Självkörande fordon och avancerade förarassistanssystem
- Motor- och drivlinemjukvara
- Miljötekniska lösningar med fokus på energilagring och energiomvandling
The focus for the group is currently on the larger automotive companies in the region, where relationships need to be nurtured and developed with both professionalism and long-term perspective. At the same time, it is an explicit goal to broaden the customer base and increase our presence among other actors in the field, such as mobility, vehicles, defense, energy, and tech.
As Konsultchef, you will have overall responsibility for:
- Ledning och utveckling av ett team mjukvarukonsulter
- Kundrelationer och affärsutveckling – både befintliga och nya kunder
- Rekrytering av nya kollegor för att möta en växande efterfrågan
- Säljarbete tillsammans med våra Key Account Managers och övriga affärsteam
- Leveransansvar, kvalitetssäkring och uppföljning av pågående uppdrag
- Att utveckla vår in-house verksamhet och projektleveranser, så att vi erbjuder både konsulttjänster på plats och kompletta projekt från vår egen organisation
The role involves significant autonomy and good opportunities to shape the direction and future business of the group. We have an office located in Liljeholmen with good opportunities to grow our in-house business.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher education in a relevant field
- Has experience in software development in the automotive, mobility, or related fields
- Has worked as a consultant leader, group leader, team lead, or project manager
- Is comfortable combining leadership and business development
- Has the willingness and ability to both recruit, coach, and build teams
- Understands the importance of nurturing important customer relationships and simultaneously thinking innovatively and expansively
- Has good communicative skills and preferably an established network in the industry
