We are seeking a Konsultchef for mjukvaruutveckling to lead a growing team of software consultants and develop our business towards future transportation and mobility technology. As Konsultchef, you will be responsible for leading and developing a competent and engaged team of software consultants focused on advanced software development in the automotive and mobility sector. Your role will be crucial for our continued growth in the Stockholm region, and you will be part of our leadership group.
Our consultants currently work primarily in areas such as:
- Eldrivna lastbilar (Electric trucks)
- Självkörande fordon och avancerade förarassistanssystem (Autonomous vehicles and advanced driver assistance systems)
- Motor- och drivlinemjukvara (Engine and drivetrain software)
- Miljötekniska lösningar med fokus på energilagring och energiomvandling (Environmental technology solutions focusing on energy storage and conversion)
Your responsibilities will include leading and developing the team, managing customer relationships and business development, recruiting new colleagues to meet growing demand, sales work together with our Key Account Managers and other business teams, delivery responsibility, quality assurance, and follow-up of ongoing projects.
As Konsultchef, you will have significant scope for action and good opportunities to shape the direction and future business of the group. We have an office located in Liljeholmen with good opportunities to grow our in-house business.
