The Business Analyst will work closely with the teams and management to gather and analyse data and provide insights that drive informed business decisions.
What you'll do
Collaborate with accountants and stakeholders, to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and processes.
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed projects and initiatives.
- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Conduct regular meetings with management to provide reporting updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting templates, enabling management to take the best decisions.
- Implement a new ERP system together with the group Weerts and an external partner.
What you need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, of minimum [5-6] years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse significant amounts of information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with management and documentation tools (s.a. Excel, ERP, accounting programs...)
- Hands on approach with a flexible 'Can Do' & 'Will Do' attitude.
- Flexible with workload and tight deadline.
- Knowledge of French and English required, notions of Dutch considered as a bonus.
- Pro-active problem solver.
