Join our Advanced EV Development (ADVEV) team for a 6-month Student Worker Program and help build the future of mobility!

What you'll do

Immerse yourself in Ford's center of innovation and growth, working alongside top engineering, design, and software talent to create groundbreaking EVs and contribute to key technologies like batteries, charging, and recycling.

Develop 3D geometry and innovative designs concepts that solve challenging crash load cases while balancing construction, material, and manufacturing methods.
Perform and understand tolerance analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and other simulations and analyses before releasing designs for production.

What you need

In pursuit of a relevant Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aero Engineering or a related field.
A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
