This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to New Taipei Office 2-3 times/week per business needs.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product and Marketing Manager to drive the growth of the ACDelco brand and product portfolio in the Taiwan aftermarket. This role is crucial for leading the entire new product lifecycle, from initial concept to market launch, while significantly enhancing ACDelco's brand awareness and market presence through innovative marketing strategies.

Product Management & Launch
- Lead the new ACDelco product initial development proposal, identifying opportunities to expand the product line relevant to the Taiwan market.
- Collaborate closely with the APC team to source and procure new products.
- Oversee the successful launch of new products in the Taiwan market, including pricing, positioning, and inventory strategy.
- Brand and Marketing Strategy
- Lead the efforts to significantly increase ACDelco brand awareness across Taiwan.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across different channels to promote the brand and specific products.
- Drive marketing content generation across various formats (digital, print, video) to support product launches and brand initiatives.
- Utilize knowledge and skills on social platforms, live streaming, and other digital channels for effective brand communication and audience engagement.
- Manage various brand promotion projects and initiatives from conception to execution.
- Distribution Channel & Sales Collaboration
- Lead and guide authorized ACDelco distributors to standardize the Corporate Identity (CI) and Visual Identity (VI) across all ACDelco authorized workshops to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute effective seasonal sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive volume and market share.
- Employ project management skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of all product and marketing initiatives.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Aftermarket (automotive, parts, or related industry) or relevant marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in social media platform management and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to generate compelling marketing content (written, visual, or video).
- Experience with live stream platforms and strategy for product promotion or brand engagement is highly desirable.
- Strong track record in project management, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of brand promotion techniques and strategic brand development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Mandarin Chinese
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and regional team environment (e.g., with APC team, Distributors).
