What you'll do
In this key role, you will have the technical leadership of a global team, coordinate regulatory requirements, and ensure that our products are compliant with global standards.

- Koordination der EU-Richtlinien und Kontakt zu Behörden und anderen rechtlichen Organisationen
- Dokumentationsprüfung für CE-Zertifizierungen und Typgenehmigungen
- Erstellung einer Übersicht über rechtliche und kund:innenspezifische technische Anforderungen
- Definition relevanter Standards und interner Richtlinien
- Organisation von Schulungen zum Thema rechtliche technische Compliance
What you need
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (TU, FH oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Technische Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der europäischen technischen Compliance in der Automobilbranche oder -industrie
- Fähigkeit, rechtliche technische Dokumente und technische Normen zu verstehen und zu interpretieren
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Präzision bei der Arbeit
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten für die effektive Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Compliance-Team und dem Management
- Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten zur Motivation und Unterstützung eines globalen Compliance-Teams
- Dienstreisebereitschaft im Ausmaß von maximal 10 Prozent (weltweit)
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
