What you'll do
As Specialist Exports & Order Processing, you will be responsible for the independent processing of foreign orders – from customer acquisition in the ERP system to freight offers and the creation of delivery and export documents. You will be responsible for export control, including sanctions checks, dual-use goods monitoring, and obtaining permits. With your expertise in US re-export regulations, you will act safely in the international context.
- Coordinate intercompany orders and ensure smooth scheduling and invoicing in close cooperation with our partners.
- Work on ongoing customs and foreign trade tasks with a focus on Intrastat notifications, import and export customs clearances, and origin certificates.
- Work closely with Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management and maintain international customer contact.
What you need
- You have completed a relevant technical or university education (e.g., business administration, logistics, export management, international business, etc.).
- You have already successfully completed a training as a customs declarant.
- You bring expertise in the field of export, foreign trade, and US re-export regulations and have ideally already had contact with ERP systems.
- You have very good English skills in writing and speaking and are confident in international customer contact.
- You are enthusiastic about innovative technologies and international business processes and inspire others.
- You pursue goals with zeal and fire in your eyes and consistently push them over the finish line.
- You work structured, independently, and solution-oriented – even in complex and dynamic situations.

Experience
- 2 years of experience in export, foreign trade, or a related field.
- Experience in ERP systems and customs clearance.
- Experience in international customer contact and sales.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, export management, international business, or a related field.
- Training as a customs declarant.

Salary
- The minimum salary for this position is €62,896.12 gross per year, based on the collective agreement of the automotive industry.
- The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience and may be higher.
