What you'll do
You'll be responsible for inducting and training new team members on our treatment offerings, delivering refresher and reactive training to maintain high standards, and keeping treatment protocols and training materials up to date. You'll also inspire the team with the latest trends in spa and holistic wellbeing, support retail targets and incentives, and act as a role model.

What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 Beauty or equivalent, proven experience as a Spa Beauty Therapist, leadership and training experience (preferred), passion for wellness and ability to mentor and motivate, flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment, and own transport (essential).
