What you'll do

Build, preparation, and maintenance of competition cars and their specialised components, as well as future developments to the high standards of reliability and performance.

Work both at the M-Sport HQ and on international events, providing mechanical support.
Diagnose and repair issues under time pressure during events.
Collaborate closely with engineers, and senior technicians at both the HQ and on event.

What you need

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
