What awaits you?
- You will support the 'Data Pipeline' project to help automate process steps for data preparation and integration.
- Furthermore, you help analyze processes and contribute to the technical implementation of efficient workflows.
- In addition, you will assist in developing and demonstrating Proof-of-Concepts through prototype implementations.
- Moreover, you support the introduction and use of USD (Universal Scene Description) for managing complex 3D scenes.
- You will help to develop scripts and tools, for example in Python, to automate conversions, data checks, and pipeline steps.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in computer science, media informatics, visual computing, computational design, digital design, mechanical or automotive engineering with digitalization focus, data science or similar.
- Programming and scripting skills, preferably in Python; additional languages such as C++ or Bash are a plus.
- Interest in 3D data structures, formats, and automation.
- Basic knowledge of 3D visualization methods; terms like Shader, FBX, USD are familiar.
- Familiarity with tools such as Unreal Engine, VRED, Blender, or NVIDIA Omniverse is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking, structured mindset, and motivation to evaluate new technologies.
- Good English skills; German is a plus.
