Our team at the BMW Group in the central IT department explores innovative solutions in AI platforms, process intelligence, and process automation. Here, you will support the advancement of Digital Human technologies and GenAI governance for future-oriented workplaces.
What awaits you?
- You will support the overview and classification of Digital Human technologies relevant for the workplace.
- Furthermore, you help to identify current and emerging use cases of Digital Humans in professional settings.
- In addition, you contribute to analyzing the impact of Digital Human technologies on work processes, communication, and collaboration.
- Moreover, you will assist in introducing Generative AI and its integration with Digital Human technologies.
- You help to examine governance challenges related to GenAI, including ethical considerations, transparency, and accountability.
- Furthermore, you support the development of frameworks and best practices for responsible GenAI deployment.
- In addition, you contribute to case studies or analysis of existing implementations of Digital Humans and GenAI governance.
Please note that your thesis must be supervised by a university on your part.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in computer science, media informatics, business informatics or a comparable master's degree program.
- Initial practical experience in software development or familiarity with IT governance-related topics.
- Creative and innovative thinking as well as a structured and focused working style.
- Passion for responsible AI usage and governance in the context of generative AI platforms.
- Fluent in both German and English.
