In order to be prepared for your path as Senior ServiceNow Platform Owner, you have the following qualifications in your luggage:
Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 5 to 7 years of experience in managing enterprise IT platforms, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow or IT Service Management environments.• Passion for building and evolving service platforms, with deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, Governance, and CMDB (Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, ITIL Foundation, and SAFe Agile are a plus).• Expertise in platform governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes, combined with security best practices, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making support in agile, cross-functional environments.• Your way of working is structured and proactive, paired with strong communication skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to navigate confidently in complex, fast-moving organizational settings!
