In order to be prepared for your path as Intelligent Automation Architect, you bring the following qualifications in your luggage:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 6-8 years of experience in automation architecture and project delivery within enterprise IT environments.
Passion for designing, implementing, and evolving intelligent automation solutions, with a strong focus on RPA architecture, automation governance, and AI-driven innovation. Certifications such as UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect are mandatory; Prince2 / PMI or Agile delivery certifications are a plus.
Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere, as well as strong experience with API integration, Git / Azure DevOps / Jenkins, and understanding of IT security, GDPR, and audit compliance. Experience with AI Center, Document Understanding, or AI Builder is an advantage.
Your way of working is structured, proactive, and strategic, characterized by analytical thinking, innovation, and a strong sense of ownership. You communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and act as a trusted partner for both business and IT stakeholders.
