Must have:

Proven experience in backend development; Proficiency in Kotlin and Spring Boot frameworks; Comfortable working in iterative, cross-functional teams; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively; Commitment to high-quality standards and clean code practices; Customer-focused approach, ensuring solutions meet user and business needs;

Nice to have:

Understanding of frontend integration workflows; familiarity with React and TypeScript is a plus; Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
