In order to be prepared for your path as Senior Consultant for Intelligent Automation, you bring the following qualifications in your luggage:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 4–6 years of experience in RPA consulting, business process analysis, or automation project delivery within enterprise environments.
Passion for analyzing and improving business processes, with a focus on automation enablement, standardization, and process optimization. Certifications in UiPath or Power Platform are a plus; Agile or Scrum experience is desirable.
Expertise with UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere, including process documentation, testing, and performance validation. Familiarity with process analysis tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio, Miro) and awareness of GDPR, IT security, and audit standards.
Your way of working is analytical, structured, and collaborative, characterized by attention to detail, consulting mindset, and strong communication skills. You coordinate effectively across teams and translate business needs into actionable automation solutions.

Working hours: full-time (40h) & 30 days of vacation
