In order to be prepared for your path as SAP IAM/GRC Consultant Expert, you have the following qualifications in your luggage:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 4-6 years of experience in consulting, implementing, or supporting SAP IAM, GRC, or authorization solutions within enterprise environments.
Passion for designing secure and compliant SAP system landscapes, with a focus on Identity & Access Governance, authorization management, and compliance frameworks. Certifications in SAP Security, GRC, or cloud identity platforms are a plus; Agile or Scrum experience is desirable.
Expertise with SAP Access Control (AC), SAP IAG, and SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS, IPS), and hands-on experience integrating with Entra ID (Azure AD) or comparable Identity Providers (IdPs). Familiarity with authorization management (roles, profiles, S/4HANA authorizations, Fiori apps) and solid ABAP skills for troubleshooting and analysis in security environments.
Your way of working is analytical, structured, and collaborative, characterized by attention to detail, a consulting mindset, and strong communication skills. You coordinate effectively across teams and translate complex compliance and security requirements into actionable IAM solutions.
