Accountable for driving the overall OPC MAL digitalization and automation ideas pipeline and execution. Accountable for delivering outputs to customers with committed functionality, reliability, timeliness, volume, and cost. Analyze and consolidate overall OPC MAL reports to provide informative insights for business improvement. Collaborate with various teams to enhance digitalization and automation in line with business changes. Responsible as Team Lead for task allocation, execution, coaching, and performance monitoring of team members. Responsible for engaging experts (IT/FI/AI) to provide continuous training on new digitalization and automation tools. Act as the main interface with BE OPC, Operations, and MAL support functions on digitalization and automation topics/solutions. Align initiatives with company strategy through digital transformation in planning and reporting Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field (e.g., Digitalization or Automation). In-depth knowledge in IT, FI, Digitalization, and/or related disciplines. Typically able to resolve complex problems or those without established precedents. Frequently leads projects or key project phases within larger initiatives. Serves as a resource or mentor for colleagues with less experience and may provide formal training to junior staff.
