Accountable for end-to-end resource planning of module capacity from Assembly to Test, ensuring alignment between operations, demand planning, and financial forecasts to support efficient and sustainable production performance. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Accountable and responsible for module VRFC/TCR/LTCR/MinMax capacity planning per timeline to achieve mid to long term sustainable and profitable module/segment growth. Accountable and responsible for CP investment preparation to support capacity ramp up and meet committed ramp timeline. Act as the key interface with module Operation to support on capacity planning and reporting, ensuring capacity balancing and alignment with committed capacity to meet TCR cost target and sustain growth. Serve the key interface with DIV SCP/CAP/CALP coordinators on module on demand and/or capacity planning to achieve capacity ramp, balancing and optimization in alignment with DIV revenue goals. Apply analytical skills and systemic thinking to evaluate and resolve capacity constraints, ensuring effective resource optimization to meet module cost targets and DIV Demand to Revenue (DtR) objectives. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry particularly in operations planning and/or industrial engineering. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a resource planning role. Knowledge in supply chain management, backend production processes and capacity modelling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to define problem statements and propose solutions for complex topics. Ability to drive and lead TCR/LTCR strategy work plans or ideas to achieve organization/segment growth and sustainability. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
