Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Communication Strategist: Work with the Global CRM Team by shaping a communication strategy, developing presentations, training videos and CRM user communities. CRM Engagement: Test new CRM functionalities and features to prepare presentations, along with the design, shooting and editing of training videos and tutorials Advertising Campaigns: Support preparation of promotion and internal advertising campaigns for users User Communities: Work with the team to grow the global CRM user communities Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Enrolled in Business Administration or similar, with a focus on Communication (ideally) Previous Experience: Experienced in creating presentations and social media content Communication Skills: Passionate about communication, and drafting concepts for a variety of communication media, paired with management and development of user communities Way of working: Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and creatively Languages: Fluency in English. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
