Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across ASEAN entities.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, IFRS/GAAP, and internal control standards.
- Governance & Compliance

- Act as Compliance Delegate, Company Director, Company Secretary, and Public Officer.
- Oversee statutory filings, board governance, and corporate compliance with local regulations.
- Strategic & Operational Support

- Provide financial and strategic advice to the Board and regional leadership.
- Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis to achieve divisional targets.
- Audit & Risk Control
-
- Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and risk-management processes.
- Safeguard company assets through effective financial and compliance practices.
- Process Improvement & Transformation
-
- Drive finance transformation and system migration initiatives.
- Standardize and streamline financial processes across ASEAN.
- Stakeholder Business Partnering

- Lead the country finance agenda across accounting, compliance, and FP&A.
- Act as the key finance business partner to country leadership, providing financial insights and strategic support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance or controlling, with regional exposure.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax compliance, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
