- Account Management & Customer Relationship
- Serve as the main point of contact for KCH Group customers across ASEAN, building strong stakeholder relationships while understanding customer needs to ensure consistent service delivery and business alignment.
- Sales Performance & Business Development
- Drive regional sales performance and oversee price positioning to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor insights to support strategic expansion.
- Supply Chain & Operations
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and stock optimization.
- Support smooth order fulfilment and maintain high operational efficiency across ASEAN markets.
- Marketing & Product
- Partner with internal and customer teams to execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Plan and organize product training sessions and provide sales tools to strengthen customer engagement and sales performance.
- Sales Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Lead business reviews and align strategies with internal management and customer stakeholders.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends to guide decision-making and strengthen regional partnerships.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, regional sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the industrial or automotive sector.
- Strong command of Excel and sales reporting tools is preferred.
- Multilingual ability (English, Bahasa, Thai, or Mandarin) is an advantage.

- Business & Analytical Skills: Strong commercial and analytical acumen to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and sustain long-term customer partnerships.

- Strategic Execution: Able to translate business goals into actionable account strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Adaptability: Culturally aware, agile, and willing to travel regionally to strengthen customer engagement and performance.
