Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Process Design & Improvement: Support process design, evaluate customer feedback, and plan improvements in alignment with global HR counterparts Feedback Management: Handle HR feedback cases (e.g., in Jira) in assessing, routing, and testing solutions Documentation: Maintain global process documentation, including revision and update of process flow charts Process Alignment: Participate in global process harmonization activities Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruiting and MyHR team to improve hiring processes and tools; Communicate with HR partners worldwide Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or another related field Digital skills: Affinity towards digital topics; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources and/or HR projects is a plus Working Style: A process-driven and solution-oriented mindset Languages: Fluent in English Please send us your CV in English so we can get to know you better.
