Enablement and User Support: Development of enablement materials to support the platform users Platform Maintenance: Support the team with the maintenance and improvement of the HR ServiceNow Platform Module-Specific Support: Support different modules of the platform (e.g., automated document creation, automation of HR services, system configurations, and more) Academic Background: A degree in Human Resources, Information Technologies, or a similar field Tech-Savvy: You are a tech-savvy and people enthusiast who likes to combine these two fields Working Style: You take initiative, have high-quality standards, and a customer-centered approach. You are a fast learner, curious about technology development and automation solutions for HR Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
