We focus on sales development, volume planning and the analysis of new trends in the automotive sector. As part of your working student position, you will support us in shaping the future of MINI through data-driven and strategic initiatives.
What awaits you?
- You will support the development and implementation of concepts to sustainably lead the MINI brand into the future, for example in electrification.
- Furthermore, you help to accompany analyses and recommendations for action at national and international level, communicating with global sales contacts.
- In addition, you contribute to the design of new processes and support monthly production, wholesale and retail planning for MINI with various planning departments.
- Moreover, you will assist in preparing opportunity and risk analyses based on market development, competition and regulatory conditions.
- You help to prepare presentation documents for board and management meetings regarding current sales situation and performance.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in economics, industrial engineering, data science or a comparable field.
- Affinity for the automotive industry, including comprehensive knowledge of the automotive market, segments and competitors.
- Initial practical experience in sales and marketing as well as with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
- Proficiency in Think Cell is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (including VBA and PowerQuery) and PowerPoint.
- Teamwork and communication skills combined with conceptual and analytical thinking abilities.
- Good German and English skills.
