As an Executive Market Intelligence Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in transforming our Executive Talent Acquisition unit into a strategic talent advisory powerhouse. As part of the Executive Talent Acquisition team, you'll conduct in-depth research and talent mapping to support senior-level and complex searches, leveraging data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies and succession planning, and comprehensive intelligence reports to support corporate development activity. This role blends hands-on recruiting with advanced research, positioning you as a key contributor to GM's leadership in executive recruiting amid rapid industry shifts in automotive technology, sustainability, and global competition.
