Degree with a focus on HR, IT, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in HR and SAP SuccessFactors Basic knowledge of SAP HCM Passion for working with various HR systems and for the digitalisation of processes, combined with a proactive, hands-on mentality to support different implementation initiatives Flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong evaluation skills and analytical thinking Structured working style with a high affinity for data
