Managing and structuring existing HR reports, ensuring that data is well-organized and accessible for decision-making.
Developing HR dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide valuable insights for HR and business leaders.
Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic HR initiatives.
Supporting HR IT projects and systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and contributing to continuous improvements in reporting processes.
Collaborating with various teams to ensure data quality and enhance reporting efficiency.
Identifying opportunities to optimize reporting structures and processes, with the potential to create new reports and visualizations over time.
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Business Informatics, or a related field, or a vocational qualification with a focus on HR, along with at least 4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or controlling.
Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with HR data, reports, and dashboards.
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation; familiarity with Power BI, SAP HCM, or SuccessFactors is a plus.
A structured, independent way of working with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and explore new reporting tools and analytics methods over time.
Things to know before departure:
Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: Unlimited
