Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate environment
Experience in consulting recruitment is strongly preferred
Experience recruiting for roles in the United States is strongly preferred
Knowledge of IT, Manufacturing, and Emerging Technology/Software sectors, including awareness of new trends and innovations
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and offer negotiation strategies
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse departments or business units
Familiarity with HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
Skills:
Ability to quickly understand and articulate business needs within the automotive and technology industries
Strong match-making capability while aligning candidate profiles to role requirements and company culture
Sound understanding of compensation concepts and negotiation dynamics
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across all levels
Influential and collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proven ability to develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
