Position Summary: This position provides technical support to include creating new programs, debugging source code, and researching technological improvements for automated stations. The Technician-Maintenance position will also provide assistance with troubleshooting, maintenance and repairing of plant machinery and equipment including robots.

Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze machine/equipment malfunctions, make corrections/repairs per safety and coded regulations. Document all repairs and changes.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines to maintain safety and increase up time.
- Review spare parts needs and maintain stock necessary for 24-hour operation.
- Train/educate teams on routine PM’s, routine troubleshooting, etc. on a day to day basis.
- Assist team as required for process improvements, changes, etc.
- Use mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and improve machines/equipment.
- Ability to operate machines and assembly stations in absence of a production associate.
- Maintain programs and backups for all stations.
- Ability to focus during crisis or emergency situations
- Compliance with all Internal and External Production Quality Management Systems
- Understand & make necessary changes/improvements to appropriate functions of PLC flexure concept.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent (Associate preferred)
- 2-5+ years related technical experience
- Regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to prioritize assigned tasks on a timely basis.
- 24hr Call-In availability to meet customer production requirements.
- Assist Facilities technician when needed
- Provide support to Quality Technicians for calibration of assembly equipment
- Other duties as assigned.
- Forklift certification
- Scissor Lift certification
- Welding experience
- Lathe and Milling machine experience
