Process orders and oversee related activities of third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the organization's customer service standards Develop and implement capacity plans to support build-to-stock and/or build-to-order environments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization Manage inventory levels to maximize customer satisfaction, minimize costs, and align with company and divisional revenue targets Prepare and maintain volume and demand planning analyses, as well as supply and production schedules, based on internal and external information to establish and effectively manage an order backlog Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and production teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize supply chain operations Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a related field Proven track record of success in managing inventory levels, developing capacity plans, and analyzing demand and supply data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and opportunities for improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects Experience working in DATA Visualization tools like Tableau We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
