Scope
- Manage customer demand, shipment plans, and past-due performance.
- Maintain optimal customer ratings and coordinate charge disputes with Finance.
- Monitor EOP parts to minimize obsolete materials.
- Access and update customer portals to meet administrative requirements.
- Coordinate production planning and inventory levels.
- Communicate promptly any supply impact to customers.
- Ensure on-time shipments, correct packaging, and ASN transmission.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in the automotive sector (Essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Administration, or Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service (automotive industry preferred).
- Customer portals (OEM / Tier 1)
- IATF 16949, CTPAT, and basic automotive standards
- Inventory control, demand analysis, and problem-solving
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Advanced English level.
