Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Markham Elevation Centre (MEC) three times per week at minimum, or other frequency dictated by the business.

As part of Software Test Engineering for AV Integrity Platform Verfication organization, you will be part of fast-paced, agile teams building software and innovative solutions in the ADAS and Autonomous domain. You will contribute to the development, implementation, testing, and debugging of Automated Driving software systems, including technologies like Super Cruise and advanced driving features. This is a full-time, entry-level position designed for recent graduates ready to launch their careers in automotive software engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute software tests (unit, bench, and in-vehicle as needed)
- Analyze test data (simulated or vehicle) and provide actionable insights to engineering, field service, and safety teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Investigate issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in engineering activities across the vehicle development lifecycle
- Contribute to scripting efforts for automation in testing and test result analytics to improve efficiency and insight generation
Required Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Full Class G Ontario Driver’s Licence (or equivalent Canadian licence)
- Experience with CI/CD systems and software automation tools
- Familiarity with Jenkins and MATLAB/Simulink
- Hands-on experience with automotive or robotics projects (e.g., EcoCAR, SAE, capstone).
