Head of Partner Management to spearhead our global partnership strategy and elevate our commercial impact across the Formula 1 ecosystem.
The Role
Reporting to the Global Commercial Director and leading a team of Partner Managers, you’ll be the driving force behind Alpine’s global partnership portfolio—leading strategic relationships, delivering world-class activations, and ensuring every partner aligns with our values and contributes to our commercial success.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for our sponsors and partners, ensuring seamless delivery of contractual rights, unforgettable race weekend experiences, and long-term growth. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of sport, innovation, and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management
- Own the full lifecycle of partner relationships—from onboarding to renewal.
- Develop tailored engagement strategies that align partner goals with team objectives.
- Activation & Delivery
- Lead execution of branding, hospitality, digital content, and experiential activations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless delivery across all touchpoints.
- Commercial Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support renewal proposals and long-term growth strategies.
- Performance & Reporting
- Oversee ROI analysis, performance reporting, and post-activation reviews.
- Ensure contractual compliance and timely delivery of obligations.
- Team Leadership
- Inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in senior partnership/account management roles in sport, entertainment, or automotive.
- Deep understanding of sponsorship strategy, brand marketing, and activation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Passion for motorsport and the Formula 1 ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel internationally to Grand Prix events and industry summits.
