As a Partnership Acquisitions Director, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new brand partners to join our global sponsorship portfolio. You’ll develop creative, commercially sound partnership solutions that align with both the team’s objectives and the brand strategies of potential partners.
This is a high-profile, fast-paced role requiring strategic thinking, outstanding relationship skills, and a proven track record in sponsorship or brand partnership sales.
- Lead the end-to-end partnership sales process—from prospecting to closing multi-million-dollar agreements
- Identify and engage new brand prospects across key sectors
- Build compelling commercial proposals and presentations, tailoring assets and opportunities to align with partner objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, and activation teams to ensure partnership feasibility and integration
- Represent the team at industry events, Grand Prix weekends, and networking opportunities, building a strong global contact base
- Manage CRM tools and sales pipelines to deliver accurate forecasting and reporting
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging categories to identify new partnership opportunities

-  Proven experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development, ideally in Formula 1® motorsport, or global sports
- Proven track record of winning and negotiating high-value partnerships with blue-chip brands
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, media value, and partnership ROI
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills; confident at C-suite level
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build relationships, open doors, and close deals
- Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by results
- Flexibility to travel internationally and attend race weekends and event
