A degree in Microelectronic, Computer Science, Physics or a similar qualification At least 5 years work experience in Design for Test; ideally also in microcontroller architectures and semiconductor technologies Comprehensive knowledge of digital Design for Test (ATPG, test coverage analysis, digital verification, scan diagnosis, as a plus MBIST or LBIST) Open minded mentality to work with different departments and sites A benefit would be experience in project management of small project teams as well as experience in methodology development Good communication and presentation skills in a cross-functional environment in English - German language skills would be a plus The central R&D organization „Design Enabling and Services“ (DES) provides the design environments (design-systems) to the different product development teams at Infineon.
