The Role -
For a crash safety performance and pedestrian protection as the most important factor in vehicle development, we perform vehicle crash CAE, occupant safety CAE, sensing CAE, pedestrian protection CAE and electric vehicle safety CAE to predict and analyze safety performance in advance to support development of a vehicle structure and components to absorb and control impact energy effectively. We also support development of safety restraint systems and sensing systems and safety of high voltage equipment to protect passengers safety.
What You’ll Do -
• Vehicle crash (Front / Side / Rear) CAE, occupant safety CAE, pedestrian protection CAE, sensing CAE using LS-Dyna, Hyper works and ANSA
• Development, analysis and evaluation of optimized vehicle structure that meets vehicle safety performance requirements (Regulation and NCAP)
• Development, analysis and evaluation of optimized passenger protection system (Airbags/Seatbelt) to improve occupant safety in case of collision
• Development of vehicle exteriors that minimize the risk of injury to protect vulnerable road users including pedestrians
• Robustness-based optimal design through performance distribution analysis considering design / test variation
• Development of Crash / Occupant CAE analysis techniques
• Development of electric vehicle safety performance technology
