Internship Communications Assistant

We offer you an enriching and empowering internship certified HAPPY TRAINEES by ChooseMyCompany. Within the Marketing Department, you will report to the Communications Officer. Your responsibilities will include:
Support in the Deployment of the Brand's Media Strategy
- Support for the brand's social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, etc.); responsible for developing the editorial line
- Participation in the development of PR and influencers communication tools: press invitations, press releases, interviews, briefs, etc.
- Management of media monitoring and analysis of online and offline press coverage
Assistance with the Brand's Website and CRM Program Creation & Animation
- Creation and animation of website content related to sustainability and corporate topics
- Participation in aligning the annual CRM plan and validation of materials
Internal & External Communication of the Brand
- Writing content for the internal newsletter
- Animating the company's intranet
- Managing communication updates for dealerships
Profile:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, very good knowledge of social media. Skills in Photoshop and video editing software are a plus.
- Key communication skills: creativity, rigor, organization, curiosity, adaptability, responsiveness, strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, dynamism, and open-mindedness
- International outlook
- Knowledge and strong interest in the automotive industry will be highly appreciated
