As a credible member of the Human Resources team this role will ensure managers and employees of the business understand the company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the organisation. In addition to this demonstrating professional behaviours, good team work and respect for employee confidentiality at all times working in accordance with Pirelli values.
The role is required to work with all functions based in France and Benelux, with the main focus on Sales & Marketing, along with some other technical and support functions. The objective is to provide guidance across the full HR activity set, including resource planning, recruitment and selection, talent management, engagement and retention, reward and employee relations to maximize individual and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.
- Support line managers on employee career development and organisation succession planning, coaching and challenging individuals on their own career management.
- Manage Training and Development activities
- Manage the recruiting activities, including partnerships with educational institutions and employer branding initiatives.
- Support the HR Manager with reportings for the HQ (HC follow up, Labor cost follow up and forecasting, etc.)
- Work closely with the HR Manager on Total Rewards activities
- Awareness of the Equality and Diversity Policy and targets and actively promoting equality of opportunity.
- Cross-functional HR projects: Led initiatives focused on Quality of Work Life ( QVCT) employee well-being, and retention.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent ( Bac +4/5)
- 2-5 years of experience in HR positions
- Experience in a complex international company is advantageous
- Experience in dealing with case management / employee relations
- Minimum intermediate level skills in all Microsoft software
- Project management and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
