WHAT AWAITS YOU.
• Provides technical support to BMW/MINI dealer workshop technicians for various vehicle systems.
• Handles TeileClearing and standard cases using TSARA and IRAP Client systems.
• Ensures high-quality repairs for BMW and MINI customers in the US and Canada.
• Supplies necessary data to Development and Engineering to improve product quality and reduce warranty expenses.
• Responds to TSARA cases with professional, comprehensive replies based on internal resources and diagnostic tools.
• Offers specific testing, diagnosis, and repair recommendations following BMW best practices.
• Performs control module recoveries using BMW Group Expert Tools to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Collaborates with Product Engineering on new software solutions and Warranty department on pilot programs.
• Escalates complex cases to National Technical Support Engineers or Product Engineering when necessary.
• Tracks data, attaches cases to reports, and maintains open communication with Regional Technical Support Engineers regarding product issues and trends.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Technical Support experience with BMW, MINI vehicles
BMW Master technician, or equivalent OEM Master technician, or ASE Master technician (A1-A8) - Min 3+ years in technical training and working experience with BMW and MINI vehicles.
Complete ASE certifications as per BMW training guidelines for the Master technician training level.
BMW Master technician, or equivalent OEM Master technician, or ASE Master technician (A1-A8)
Preferred
3+ years in OEM or Aftermarket automotive product engineering
3+ years in OEM or Aftermarket automotive service engineering

Relocation is available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position is $57,900.00 - $93,700.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
