As a Lead Data Business Analyst, you will work cross-functionally to evaluate reporting needs, business processes, gather requirements and provide analytic services for the Finance Department. You will use coding skills to build dashboards and other data visualization tools.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Evaluates new technologies (e.g. QuickSight, Qlik, Tableau, Robotics, AI/predictive analysis tools) for suitability within accounting department and leads the transition to newer technologies.
- Use technical programming/coding skills to clean, consolidate and manipulate large data sets to perform analytics and building of dashboards.
- Create management and reporting tools for ad hoc requests from senior management and auditors.
- Support external audits and periodic review of the financial statements.
- Develop processes to mitigate risk and setup proper accounting processes to minimize impact on the financials.
- Act as a technical advocate to lead project implementation for accounting in collaboration with PMO and IT departments.
- Oversee technical and data initiatives to accomplish annual objectives assigned to the Accounting Department.
- Develop expert user knowledge for accounting systems (SAP platforms, interfaces from source systems, etc.).
- Lead reporting transition cross functionally in the finance team for the GFBB (Group Finance Back Bone) project .
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or other relevant field.
- Masters Degree or post graduate certificate in Data Science or Data Analytics (Preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance.
- SAP / Finance and business systems application experience.
- Experience creating visuals and dashboards with BI tools.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.
The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
