We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner on a 14 Month Maternity Cover to lead our HR strategy, strengthen our culture, and ensure we attract and retain the very best engineering and entrepreneurial talent across Aston Martin Performance Technologies (AMPT) Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver HR strategies that support AMPT’s growth plans and align with AMR Group’s HR vision.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational design.
Champion a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Proven experience in a senior HR leadership/Business Partner role, ideally within a start-up or high-growth company.
Strong track record of developing and delivering people strategies with measurable impact.
Expertise in UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
Data-driven mindset, with a focus on optimisation and continuous improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for building collaborative, innovative teams.
