We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Partnership Acquisitions to lead the commercial growth for The Cadillac Formula 1® Team. This role will be responsible for engaging in and securing high-value partnerships and sponsorships that align with the team’s brand, performance ambitions, and long-term vision. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in global sponsorship sales, and the ability to deliver innovative partnership solutions in one of the world’s most competitive sporting landscapes.
- Develop and execute the acquisition strategy to secure new commercial partnerships and sponsorships across global markets
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline of potential partners across different industries
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Create tailored partnership proposals leveraging The Cadillac Formula 1® Teams global platform, digital channels, fan engagement, and hospitality assets
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, communications, and activation teams to ensure alignment of partnership offerings with brand and sporting objectives
- Represent the team at major industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Establish strong C-suite level relationships with global brands
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market insights to senior leadership
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to structure and finalize partnership agreements

- Experienced managing a high performing sales team and agency networks across the globe
- Prove track record of closing multi-million dollar deals within Formula 1®, and other iconic sport and entertainment industries and properties
- Strong existing network of senior decision-makers across relevant industries
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to craft innovative partnership propositions
- Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
