As the Head of Commercial Intelligence and Planning, you will play a pivotal role in defining the commercial strategy of The Cadillac Formula 1® Team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for delivering the research, insights, and strategic frameworks that power our partnership acquisition and management efforts. By providing market intelligence, performance measurement, and ROI analysis, you will enable the Sales and Partnerships teams to design and execute world-class partnership programs. Ultimately, the Head of Commercial Intelligence and Planning will ensure The Cadillac F1® is guided by robust data, compelling storytelling, and a forward-looking commercial vision that drives long-term success.
- Develop and oversee the long-term commercial strategy for partnerships, ensuring alignment with the team’s brand and performance ambitions
- Lead market analysis, industry benchmarking, fan insights, and sponsorship valuation studies to identify opportunities and guide acquisition
- Build robust methodologies to measure the impact and ROI of partnerships, delivering insights to both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Provide the Partnerships Acquisition team with compelling data-driven narratives, case studies, and intelligence to strengthen pitches and negotiations
- Track and interpret global trends in sponsorship, sports marketing, fan engagement, and digital media to inform strategy
- Translate complex data into clear, persuasive insights and strategic recommendations for C-suite presentations and partner pitches
- Partner closely with marketing, activation, and acquisition teams to ensure strategic alignment across all commercial activities.
- Present regular insights,forecasts, and commercial performance updates to senior leadership and ownership groups.

What do you need to bring to the team?
- Demonstrable experience in strategy, insights, or commercial intelligence within sports, sponsorship, or a related global industry
- Proven track record in a senior position developing commercial strategies and delivering actionable insights that drive revenue
- Strong background in sponsorship valuation, fan research, and market intelligence
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into business impact
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills; adept at influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with research and data tools (e.g., Nielsen, YouGov, Turnstile, etc.) preferred
- Passion for sport, motorsport, and global brand partnerships.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and keen eye for innovation
